2022 VW ID.6 / Volkswagen Car / Electric SUV
Volkswagen took the stage at Auto Shanghai 2021 today to reveal the third ID electricity 2022 VW ID.6 Measuring at almost one foot (30 cm) longer than ID.4 and available in two versions, ID.6 crozz and ID.6 x, have been specifically designed for the Chinese market. Thanks to the extra length, ID.6 can contain up to seven passengers in it. 4.8 meters long (192 inches), electric crossover utilizes the space well.

However, even though it has 8 cm (3 inches) shorter than the Volkswagen Atlas Cross Sport, it comes with a third row of seats thanks to the electrical drivetrain. Talking about DriveTrain, it is part of the same MEB platform that sustains ID.3 and ID.4. In this case, it is available with a 58 kWh battery or 77 kWh. According to the China Nedc test cycle, EV has a range of 436 km (270 miles) and 588 km (365 miles) of reach.

The American EPA test cycle assesses 77 KWH batteries as good for 260 miles (418 km) in a smaller ID. 2022 VW ID.6 has one electric motor in each axle for a combined output of 225 kW (301 hp). It was enough to get up to 62 mph in just 6.6 seconds and to the top speed of 160 km / h (99 mph). Inside, Volkswagen promises the interior completely without buttons and users will be able to operate various car functions through a 12-inch infotainment screen.
ID.6 is also available with the augmented reality head-up display system that transmits information to the windshield. It makes arrows and other navigation tools appear as if they are on the road, help you get to your destination.
Over-the-water updates will also be possible, while 2022 VW ID.6 will use sound control, which can be activated by saying "Hello, ID." Talking about ID.6 Many passenger rear seats, it will display panoramic glass roofs so that they keep showering in natural light; Open panorama sunroof will be available as an option.
Outside, the new 2022 VW ID.6 SUV is offered with a 19 to 21-inch wheel. Id.6 crozz (orange car in the picture) seems to sit slightly higher than the ground than id.6 x (blue) and features some more rough plastic trim and different headlights and front bumper. Both version of ID.6 will be made in the People's Republic. The crozz will be put together exclusively in the North China brand factory, while X will be built only at the South China Factory. VW tells us that for now, there are no plans to sell one version of ID.6 in North America.
